Customer Agreement

Welcome to Flora The Gifting Studio(“Flora TGS”). These Terms of Service govern all orders placed on our website for hand-crafted floral arrangements, bespoke gift hampers, personalized cakes, and luxury add-ons delivered throughout Karachi, Pakistan.

1. Artisanal Floral Quality & Stem Substitution Policy

Fresh flowers are living, organic creations subject to seasonal availability, farm harvests, and daily floral auction arrivals. While our master florists strive to replicate the exact stem counts, color palettes, and container aesthetics shown in our catalog images, slight natural variations may occur.

Substitution Guarantee: If a specific flower variety (e.g., imported Ecuadorian peonies, spray roses, or exotic foliage) is unavailable on your requested delivery date, we will substitute it with flowers of equal or greater value while preserving the overall color story, style, and luxury silhouette of the arrangement.

2. Karachi Delivery Schedules & Recipient Protocols

We deliver across all major residential and commercial sectors in Karachi, including Clifton, DHA (Phases 1–8), Gulshan-e-Iqbal, PECHS, KDA, North Nazimabad, Malir Cantt, and surrounding areas.

Same-Day Cutoff: Same-day orders must be placed before the cutoff time specified on our website (typically 5:00 PM PKT). Orders placed after cutoff will be dispatched the following morning.
Recipient Contact & Surprise Coordination: To ensure delicate blooms and fresh bakery items are safely received without prolonged exposure to heat, our dispatch team may contact the recipient prior to delivery to verify their presence at the location.
Security Gates & High-Rises: In gated communities or corporate towers where riders are restricted from floor delivery, delivery is completed at the reception or main security gate upon recipient notification.

3. Payments, Global Diaspora Orders & Currency Conversion

We welcome orders from customers worldwide (UK, USA, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Canada, Europe) wishing to send gifts to loved ones in Karachi.

Digital Payment Security

Credit/Debit card payments are encrypted via PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Base transactions are settled in PKR with international exchange calculated by your issuing bank.

PayPal & Overseas Transfers

Paypal transfer is available for international/ overseas customers. Senders can coordinate transfer details directly through our international WhatsApp concierge.

Bank Transfer & COD

Direct Bank Transfer payments require a screenshot receipt via WhatsApp prior to floral preparation. Cash on Delivery (COD) may require advance deposit for high-value bespoke hampers.

4. Cancellations, Modifications & Satisfaction Guarantee

Due to the perishable nature of fresh-cut flowers and customized baked items:

Order Modifications: Changes to delivery address, gift card message, or delivery date must be requested at least 4 hours before the scheduled delivery window.
Cancellation Policy: Orders canceled prior to stem cutting and arrangement assembly are eligible for full refund or studio store credit. Once an arrangement is crafted or dispatched with a courier rider, cancellations cannot be accepted.
Quality Concerns: If your floral arrangement arrives damaged or unsatisfactory, please notify us within 12 hours of delivery with photographic evidence via WhatsApp or email so our team can provide an immediate replacement or resolution.

5. Governing Law & Studio Support

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi.
